Stanchart has a really complex reporting structure....too many layers of managers/senior managers in between the department head and analyst....luckily winters is here to flatten it....i cant believe it took so long for someone to come in and intervene.....these people has grown fat from all the good pay and wonderful working hours...now is karma time ..unquote..
Here with no check and balance and we are just inundated with so many layers of their own kind that reporting lines can be blurred.
Our tiny dot has 5 mayors and co-ordinating ministers..???
Can our over bloated top elite do the same..??
