<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I REFER to the reply by the authorities titled "Sharing footpaths: Trial results soon" last Saturday.
It was stated that the one-year cycling trial in Tampines was further extended after a survey showed that there was general acceptance for the trial to continue.
However, as a resident of Tampines for more than five years, I was not told of nor invited to participate in such a survey.
Could the committee concerned please clarify how and when the survey was carried out?

The CCB Papayas are doing all they can to please the FTrash, which includes allowing them to cycle on footpaths to endanger Sporns' lives!

If the authorities are going to condone cyclists using the same footpath as pedestrians why are they making the footpaths so narrow

Often I see a large track of land & a tiny foot path. These narrow foot paths are barely wide enough to accomodate 2 lane pedestrian traffic.

Why don't the authorities do something instead of tai ching
