But sorry, for the sake of warding of SGs being driven to extinction by the Familee and FAP, we will still vote for RP and other Oppos.

The fault is in the nomination form...it is the same type of form for both GRC and SMC and besides, it is the Election Dept's duty to check for any errors, before accepting it. You mean the Election Dept check for the cashier order for the $14,500 per candidate and does nothing else?

When the form is posted on the notice board between 12 to 12:30pm, the opposing candidates can object to the candidate based on whether the candidate submitted false info or is bankrupted or have unreported criminal offences, something like that and should not be for administrative errors, which the Election dept should screen through and corrected them before posting the form on the notice board.

The Election dept is purposefully allowing such things to happen.
This is irresponsible.

If the form is filled for a certain political party, how then can there be another line which says they are independents?
Obviously the form is confusing and if Election dept is to fault a party, it has to ask itself, why it never check for errors?

Collect deposit it knows, but checking the form, not it's duty? What a joke!
