It is just like wanna preventing the future from happening. Like got electric vehicle but they kept wanna force ppl use petrol. Back in 2012-16 pap also wanna earn petrol taxes then kept delaying approving electric cars. Renault asked pap to approve one electric car in 2012 but pap told them they dunno how to count the coe and tax it. If they have approved in 2012 that car also scrapped liao.
