PAP Ng Eng Hen humbly eats large plate of Nasi Padang enough to feed 2 men at hawker center

Hope he eats such huge portion for lunch and dinner every day. Then he'll depart faster.

Photo ops only. He'll pass the nasi padang over to his camera man, while he only drinks the water.

"How are you my fellow peasants? I eat peasant food, I too am a peasant just like you."

Hawker centres and kopitiams, great locations for photo ops.

Dr Koh Poh Khoon's effort at self-promotion backfired. His cameraman who snapped this photo made sure Dr Koh was the main focus - not the elderly woman he was supposedly helping, who was relegated to the background. The Minister should be more discreet in future by asking his grassroots volunteer to post then tag Dr Koh who acknowledges it. It would be less embarrassing that way.

The office holder may reject that extra egg or offer to pay for it. To date, no PAP Minister has rejected his/her humongous salary. In fact, Goh Chok Tong once demanded even more money!

I wonder how many times Koh Poh Khoon had to carry that "32 kg basket" back and forth just for his grassroots volunteer photographer to get the right angle for his final shot. Did that old woman also have to follow her MP during the many retakes?
