You assume there's a difference between the PAP and the PA.
I still remember in a previous election, either early-mid 2000s or late 1990s, when PA volunteers were caught distributing flyers for PAP candidates during an election. There were photos of it.
Don't forget the PAP candidates who lost during an election immediately get put into the PA advisory committee.
Lastly, here's something about the NTUC from 2011. If the NTUC is partisan, the PA should be even more partisan.
