All said and done, bigger damage has been done because companies could now be wary of
employing Muslim girls who turned up for interviews without hijab, and then come to work
with hijabs. BUT we will never know the real reasons - thousands of reasons can explain away
why they were not hired - cannot speak well enough for the job, lack gracefulness, do not
carry themselves well enough etc etc.

We need a much bigger conversation than a simplistic FB post by the Halimah with comments
which are 101% correct politically but does disservice to the rest of the community in other
