Just imagine you can hear people running sinkapore tell you they regret what they had done .
You still got confidence in them oredi ? Running cuntry you know, not factory !

Today Sinkapore like rojak tom-dick-harry hotel , no culture, no beginning, no history, some more full-swing globalization , where do we begin now ?
Start from Songran, no wonder PAP MPs also lost !

PAP may win next GE becos of the new citiznes, but in the end, what is the bottomline to the local sporns ?
So, is sinkapore a toy for PAP to play and get rich ?

Ten years later, if PAP still in power, will you hear they regret spending too much on defence (11 billion per year ) , these monies would have been spent on how to make poor people not very rich but fairly rich right !
Toking about SAF, the haze really make them looks sissy. You see how a war can be fought without bloodshed. 3 months of thick haze, the sporns fight among themselves !.
You cannot blame the Indos for the haze, there is no end to it---beyond human like flood in sinkapore !

What the PAP is doing now is a dangerous to sinkapore and its native people !.

The FT policy , the PR monster, and expensive housing----is like a huge magma building up in a dormant volcano !

PAP cannot have the cake and eat it, take headache medicine one day also got serious side effects !

Not voting out PAP next GE will be another 5 years of curse ! What is cumming we dont know, scary !

sounds silly saying regrets .

Local singaporeans are already strangers in their own country !

There are too many tribes in singapore now, too uneasy to talk about it, only the feel-good economy is holding it together .

And every tribe has their own favorite haunt. Have YOu been to peninsula lately on the weekends ?

Too late to restore singapore back to normal state because PAP has relied on FTs to run the country, without them now, Singapore simply collapses !

This is more than a curse ! Politics in singapore is too personal !
Majority local voters deserve what is singapore today !

Majority voters voted for Rojak Singapore.

They deserve it.

More torment to come , PAP is not curse, is a saint to people who love bondage and be second breast!

which country in the world bend down so slow and open legs so wide for aliens to intrude !

The last emperor of China tells a great story when he befriended Jepun during the second world war !

Re: PAP is like a curse to local Sinkaporeans ! Still the voters are enjoying it, tra

Singapore will be overrun by foreigners in the not too distant future .....:mad:

Multi-culturism will fail in Singapore just like in Germany period !!!:oIo::oIo:

Now and soon, there will be more Pinoys, Banglas, Myanmar, Thai, Ang Mos,M'sians, Indians, Vanuatuns, Indons, PRCs, Viets .......:(

to take away our jobs,
to crowd this tiny island,
to buy our houses,
to compete with school places

Sad ya. This CB foreigner don't just come alone to take away one job. They brought their whole gang here.

Just the other day at Joo Chiat NTUC, saw a whore with 3 generations shopping for provisions. KNN, even a whore can bring in their kids, their sisters, their mother, their grandma and who knows, maybe their great grand mother, uncles , relatives all here.

The only thing he needs to regret are that a minority (albeit significant) like you were too stupid and incapable to handle globalisation. He should not have bothered, the Darwin's laws get rid of you.

Just imagine you can hear people running sinkapore tell you they regret what they had done .

Re: PAP is like a curse to local Sinkaporeans ! Still the voters are enjoying it, tra

So did the majority voters endorsed first world high price housing in a third world salaried island ?

And the minority voters are the collateral damage ?

some one suggested that PRs should not be allowed to buy public houses under the probation of 5 years is a good idea.

Measures to cool HDB resale market fails
October 23rd, 2010 | Author: Forecaster Extraordinarie II | Edit
Despite the desperate “cooling measures” implemented two months ago to stabilize the resale property market, the prices of resale HDB flats continue to climb, fueled by the relentless influx of foreigners.

According to official figures released by the Housing Board (HDB) yesterday, resale flat prices rose 4 per cent in the third quarter of this year to hit yet another record high, a streak that has continued for the last ninth quarters.

Although there were fewer flats being bought and sold, the median cash-over-valuation (COV), which is the cash premium buyers pay above the flat’s valuation, remains relatively unchanged at $30,000.

Median COVs for four-room, five-room and executive flats rose, to $32,000, $35,000 and $40,000 in the third quarter from $30,000, $33,000 and $36,300 in the previous quarter respectively.

The prices of HDB flats have sky-rocketed in recent years due to limited supply of flats being built in the face of a growing population as the ruling party opens the flood-gates indiscriminately to foreigners all over the world.

The astronomical flat prices of today have forced many young Singaporeans to postpone marriage plans and start a family of their own, which ironically is used as an excuse by the ruling party to open the flood-gates further.

The lax immigration criteria of giving Singapore PRs to foreigners compounds the problem as PRs are allowed to buy resale flats which they sell for a hefty profit when they leave Singapore years later.

The number of PRs who have benefitted from the ruling party’s “generosity” over the years remain unknown.
