PAP implements their own election manifesto 4 years late.
So over the moon were they with their 2015 fantastic election performance that they forgot to work WITH the people:

Only now then Mr Heng Sweet Keat, being DPM and thinking about PAP GE2020 election manifesto, suddenly discovered that they had forgotten about it all this while.
Wonder what their manefesto in GE2020 will be, "with you, for you" again (sorry we started it late the last time around).
Heng Sweet Keat 15 June 2019: "These experiences have crystallised our goals as a leadership team. They have strengthened my own belief that along with working for you, government needs to work better with you. We need to shift from a government that focusses primarily on working for you, to a government that works with you. Working with you, for you".
