Ha ha ha from blazing saddle, yes!, But the PAP will tax you, until you saddle is ablaze!. They will include an additional tax from cigarettes, by calculating how much, gas can each cig emit & multiply that by the number of cigs per pack, plus 7%GST plus adm charges...that will make an average cost of Cigs to at least $20.

You are must be daft they are really interested in saving the environment, you are right, they are more interested in creating revenues from ambigious tax like carbon tax; just like raising tobacco tax. Have that & the many ways to stop smoking, reduced the number of smokers?, on the contrary, younger ones are smoking & there are more smokers. It is a money making. GREED!
