Sales assistant handed over shop key to assist break-in and theft; jailed 27 months - See more at: http://www.straitstimes.com/news/si...t-break-and-theft-jailed#sthash.CxEfwqte.dpuf

SINGAPORE - Lured by the promise of $5,000 in return for helping his friend break into the mobile phone shop he worked at, sales assistant Tan Chun Wen handed over the key to the shop's front shutters. The permanent resident even went with his friend to buy a disguise to avoid detection, and waited at home for his friend to return with the loot. On Wednesday, Tan, 25, was jailed 27 months for helping Lim Chain Chuen to steal $10,600 in cash and four iPhones worth about $4,000 from firm Mobi Mobile. Lim, 25, who was convicted earlier this month of house-breaking and theft by night, got the same punishment. The court heardLim had confided in Tan that he faced financial difficulties due to gambling, and wanted to break into the shop along New Upper Changi Road. Tan told his friend that the store's cash register contained about $10,000, and accepted an offer of $5,000 to help.

According to PAP no Singaporean wants to work in these kinds of job. Those who want to work are not good enough and their attitude salah.

Amy Khor was referring to theses kinds of people.

It is known. Old people don't understand cheem technology stuff like iphone and internet! Too complicate! That is why the PAP create good jobs like clearing plates and driving taxis for them. That is why we need more Malaysians like Amy Khor!

I really like our PR talent when they are only sales assistants. Maybe we should handout PRs to toilet cleaners next

I always wondered who had the "foresight" to know that Singaporeans love to clear plates and drive taxis.

Pappies are handing out PRs to foreigners like toilet papers. How can a shop assistant be categorised as foreign talent to qualify for PR?

Will he be deported after the jail term? How many PRs who are ex-jail birds still roaming free in this country? Pappies are really shit to allow FTsh with criminal records to remain in SG.

I remember one BiG SHOT said that locally breed Sinkies created more crimes than FT. Not true?:*:

it all depends.

Lee Ming Soon, Fann wong fuck mate, was jailed but he continue to hold his PR and highly paid by mediacorp.

NUS Prof Tey Tsun Hang was acquitted by high court but his PR was forfeited by SIR. The same goes to various NUS professors who criticized PAP regime and run road.

Tang Liang Hong and FRancies Seow are 2 refugee in Australia and USA eventhough they are Singapore citizens

Be thankful that the PAP creates jobs for old people and let you work til you are 65. They even help you make sure you dont overspend by paying you just enough to get by. That is how you teach the value of hard work and frugality to spawns of coolies and labourers.
