PEASANTPORE: Ruler Loong has decreed that unvaccinated peasant rebels will not be allowed to enter shopping malls or dine-in at hawker centres and coffee shops from Wednesday (Oct 13) while evidence suggests the vaccine is largely useless against plague when peasants with pre-existing medical conditions have 50% chance of getting the hit whether they are vaccinated or otherwise.
Fully vaccinated peasants who obey Ruler Loong's earlier edict to get the jab may continue to do so but only in groups of up to two peasants, announced the Lackeys of Health (MOH) on Saturday.
Those who are unvaccinated can still buy and take away food to add some money to the economy, added MOH's lackeys.
Co-chair of the multi-ministry task force Minion Gan Bo Yong said these expanded vaccination-differentiated safe management measures will “punish rebel peasants who are not fully vaccinated”.
“Those who resist the vaccine shall be purged, slowly we will tighten the screw, hardcore rebels, especially those who are influenced by Jane Austen's books will be singled out for special treatment,” he added.
Under the vaccination-differentiated measures, peasant children aged 12 years and below, recovered peasants and unvaccinated peasants with a valid pre-event test result can be included in the group of two.
MOH said the expanded measures will help to reduce the losses incurred by Wuhan Plague patients on Peasantpore's once profitable healthcare system by forcing vaccinated plague victims to die in their pigeonholes to maintain profits for the health care system.
Supermarkets that are large standalone stores are exempted from the new requirements some are linked to Ruler Loong by common law relations.

The regime also announced other updated vaccination-differentiated safe management measures that will take effect next week.
Only vaccinated individuals in groups of up to two will be allowed to enter attractions and large standalone stores from Oct 13. Peasant children aged 12 and below can also be included in the group of two.
