Nowadays All politicans in singapore are using emotional tactics to wins whether in speech ( to stir voters emotion ) using action ( infront of the camera ) or photo to make voters vote for them .

In the imitation PAP photo, Koh's expression cannot be seen clearly because of the rear side profile, save perhaps an ironic hint of his trademark half-smirk.

You can see micro-splashes of raindrops on his head, giving the impression his hairs are standing up, so I'll grant him the fact that he wasn't sheltered.

But it was a very mediocre picture, from an artistic point of view. Doesn't say anything.
