Brainwashing has to start from young, if the govt did not increase the number of PAP PCF for children, I would be worried.

PCF does not provide neither the best nor a truly effective system. I firmly believe neither can the large size MOE kindergartens. Many political parties have trained educators and educationalists in their midst.

European countries snapped up all, but four of the top twenty positions, with Finland, Sweden and Norway taking up the top three spots. The rankings were based on four index categories: Availability, Affordability, Quality and Context and when the data was compiled and analyzed, there were several key findings that were made.
Firstly, many high-income countries ranked poorly despite wealth being a major factor in a country’s ability to deliver preschool services. The casualties included Canada, Singapore and the US, which were all listed in the lower half of the index, despite their high average per capita incomes.
Another key finding revealed that ensuring a high standard of teacher training and education, setting clear curriculum guidelines, and ensuring parental involvement are some of the main drivers of preschool education quality.

Why then is none of the other political parties, especially the WP with its own constituencies, doing it? I am sincere about finding out the reason or reasons behind it, and it applies to any party. Please note that no names should be mentioned.

The government will never give any grants to the other political parties. The Opposition ran their Town Council so well that it could turn down grant which all the PAP ran town councils took. That embarrass the PAP Town Councils. Consequently, the government went on an attack to tarnish the Opposition MPs, trump up charges, took over the town council and then use the town council to sue the MPs.

Yes, the PAP plays a dirty game. It utilises government resources and make them its own. It misuses these resources in its own LEEgaLEEsed way to benefit itself first.
Other political parties do not need, and should not, to go to PAP's lowdown level. However, this should not dissuade them from using available resources, within the legal boundaries, to overcome the disadvantage and to better challenge the unscrupulous and abusive LEEder.
