The pap govt refuses to sponsor our local born & bred athletes, to the extent that their families have to fork out enormous sums to put them through quality training. But once they win, pap govt has no isses taxing them and confiscating their prizes. Fucking heartless and mercenary govt that is completely and unabashedly hypocritcal on the issue of promoting local talent. All they actually value is foreign talent.

Actually I think it would be more lucrative if he represented singapore.in america he would just be another one of hundreds of medalists.....theres thousands of olympic medalists in america living on minimum wage or homeless.......in singapore at least u would be the star of the attraction,the first and possibly only medalist,u would be taken care of the rest of ur life like some old relic or zoo animal panda bear and giving the title or post of emeritus and a cushy job or post in some sports institution.
