Btw pampered Malaysians can’t get used to staying in dormitories and that’s why house them in hotels is not what I ownself said hor but one of the reasons cited by the security company for choosing to house them in Orchard road hotels.

My uncle told me they reported late for work, HR close one eye. U dare to sack them? Then whos going to relieve them? I dont how much but the penalty the security agencies need to make good for any absence/shortage of manpower is not cheap. One condo can have 5 jaga. Not easy to find replacement. Fm the feedback i got, teres alot of Indian Msian jaga. Not racist here.

Ya my condo fee has been increasing, must be the security guard expenses have increased. The news report said there are between 10k to 15k Malaysian security guards working in Spore. And the biggest company Certis put all their 1300 plus Malaysian security guards in hotels and serviced apartments. Time to have diversity indeed.

Ya we must be the only country in the world doing this for foreigners. Giving 10k or 15k Malaysian security guards 4 or 5 star hotel stay for three months and counting to do their job.

Ya your uncle is right that foreigners like these Malaysian Indian security guards act big shot here. What to do when Singaporeans like me who speak up on FACTS get harmed and slandered with evil filthy lies. I am damn suay to be a citizen harmed by BOTH foreigners and citizens.
