Palestinians want Dr M as peacemaker

KUALA LUMPUR: Palestinian politicians want former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Moha_mad as a peacemaker in their strife-torn land. Putera 1Malaysia Club chairman Datuk Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim said he had met Dr Mahathir at Perdana Global Peace Organisation in Yayasan Bukhari to pass him a letter from leaders in Gaza and Palestine.

“Various political parties in Palestine have responded well and shown interest to unite under one banner like the 1Malaysia concept,” he told reporters here yesterday. Earlier, Viva Palestina Malaysia launched a fund-raising drive to finance aid shipment for five vehicles to be part of a convoy of over 100 vehicles carrying humanitarian supplies to Gaza.

Dr M is better as a pissmaker than a peacemaker as he seem to talk through his pee than his brains and had pissed many off....just short of cutting ties and trade links.

if the Palestine are serious about getting a peacemaker, they should look for someone who is neutral and not one who is so anti-west.

With him appointed, he will surely bad-mouth his pet hates-Israel, USA, Australia & even tiny Singapore at every turn and opportunity.He will shamelessly angkat all the Muslim brothers. How to be a peacemaker with his bigoted and belligerent attitude towards non muslims? He is a warmonger and Israel will love to nuke him once his big mouth opens wide.
