Singapore's grassroots leaders from the People's Association (PA) will be sharing their experiences in promoting social cohesion and racial harmony with their counterparts in Guangzhou.

Under a three-year programme, officials and community leaders from Guangzhou Know-ledge City (GKC) will be sent to PA's National Community Leadership Institute in Buona Vista.


There, they will learn from PA officials and grassroots leaders how to manage the grassroots system, get residents to bond and resolve community issues.
