We Singaporeans owns an expensive home and we are the rightful dwellers here by virtue of birth, hard work and continuity.

From a small attap house that it was in the first place, close to a dirty old river, we made it into a palatial home on our own efforts.

We rid the "insects" (communists, communalists, criminal and subversive elements) that caused havoc to our people. Our home became better, greener and more comfy. Our children could run around freely without fear of being harmed by those "insects".

We continued to collectively beautify our home and in time its value further increased.

Foreigners from all over the world heard about our small palatial home and tried to secure a job and a room within our home but we rightfully refused them as our palatial home was small and only meant for our own people. To accept these people would impose many hardships on our own growing numbers in terms of medical care, transportation, utilities, roads, car-parks and many more amenities.

So who is allowed to reside in those rooms is up to us, SINGAPOREANS to decide as its rightful and legitimate owners. No one else. We are all sane enough to ensure that no person of ill-repute or criminal inclination is allowed to dwell in any rooms within our house. Certainly people, who chides and rebuke us as rightful owners have NO PLACE within our house. These people will instil bad habits in our growing children and they may also "cultivate" their bad habits among us. We do not want "open-air-urinating and spitting" in our midst

We hired a security company from many other contenders to look after our expensive property and carry out their duties and abide by our instructions. One of the duty of this chosen security apparatus was to ensure that they look after our house in a responsible manner and allow no one free access WITHOUT our permission. As a security outfit, these people should always be highly-disciplined and act with proper decorum befitting their position as guards or watchmen.

These "guards" hold the keys to our main gate but DOES NOT OWN the property inside. They are expected to be alert at all times. They also have to patrol the upper floors and perimeter fencing and "clock" the keys at vital areas.

In short they are our SERVANTS. We are their pay-masters. We reserve the right to hire and fire.

If over the years we find that these security people are not acting according to rules and regulations laid down by us and have "stealthily" rented out our empty rooms to foreigners, then we have to act and do away with the chosen security company for their integrity is now in doubt. We will then choose another company with new guards to take over.

Fortunately, we have a clause that we use every 5 years to either renew or cancel the contract.

From the beginning the security company did a good job but there is so much lapses lately.

So readers what ought to be done to ensure continued success, peace and prosperity.

In all fairness, the current security company still has time to pull up its socks and not further abuse the trust that we had in them for so many years.

Have a great day folks.
