...not only against foreigners, but also against any other bullies, molesters and cockheads in the country, who intimidate, threaten and push their way around. See the teenager in the SMRT being threatened by the white trash and it is pitiful no one stood up to him until ....

If only the judges were willing and daring to punish foreigners harshly with long jail term and caning if allowed, all foreigners in the island would not dare play play push their way around to hurl their bikes onto a car, wallop taxi drivers, take up shirt video, and a long list of other crimes.

As the administration of criminal justice is weak in the country, the foreigners are not scared to commit crimes and behave like tigers to bully the locals. This is the reason why someone in this forum said it like it is ... F..k the PAP.
