PM Lee 'deeply saddened' by Swiss bus crash

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong extended his condolences to Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo and the families of the victims who died in a tragic bus accident in Switzerland on Tuesday.
In his condolence letter, Mr Lee said he was deeply saddended to learn of the tragedy which took the lives of 28 people, including school children returning from a school ski trip.
He said: "On behalf of the Government and people of Singapore, I would like to extend our deepest condolences to you, to the families of the victims, and the people of Belgium for your loss.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your people in this time of sorrow and mourning."
