Our Country's Future Development Needs Folks Of Potong Pasir To Move!

I went to Potong Pasir today to study the HDB blocks there and have found that due to the many years of neglect by Mr Chiam, the estate is beyond upgrading! There is a real danger the flats may even collapse. We should hold Mr Chiam accountable to this but he already has one leg in the grave. It is not feasible and not cost effective to upgrade those block of flats in Potong Pasir. There are also a lot of old folks in Potong Pasir and these old folks need spanking new flats that have lifts on every floor.

The only solution to this would be for all the old flats in Potong Pasir to be torn down and sell the land to Private Property developers. And of course the residents of Potong Pasir will be richly compensated. They will get to choose spanking new and beautiful flats from Punggol, Jurong West or Yishun.

This must be done as qiuckly as possible before any nasty accidents happen.

IMHO, if you can really torn down all the old flats in Potong Pasir and I'm not saying you couldn't .... you would have torn down your "Sith Master's" private house to make way for development of more new HDB flats instead so that the old folks in Potong Pasir will be compensated with their new house there.

Raise the shop rental in pp by 1000%. Close the mrt. And remove the bus services. Increase their con charges by 1000%. Do upgrading and get them to pay full. Let them die a slow painful death.
