1) Hong Kong - troublesome maids that demand for resident status & rights!
2) Singapore - Maids that poison their employer & sometimes kill! Oh! Not forgetting on sunday, a holy day they will engage in holey affairs either for cash or for stench from banglas.
3) South East Asia - They provide call centre service that will totally screw up the operation of MNC in the region because they have no fucking idea the distance involved from point A to point B especially for consumer electronics products like Philips!
4) Singapore again - tagalog speaking servers that will be especially nice to tagalog speaking patrons but snub out the 90% local!

You know the Philipinos are a passionate and romantic people. And don't forget the majority of them face adversity as their constant companion in life. A wretched people by historical and religious destiny, condemned to live in similar state for the foreseeable future, they have no place to go except out into the world outside of their home country.
Condemn and ridicule if you will, but these Pinoys and Pinays will come out richer for their endeavour. They speak better, have a wider perspective of life and the opportunity to shine for their national heritage.
I am beginning to see the wisdom of the PAP and Boss Sam. Maybe given the opportunity without the intractable Gordion knot of the union of politics and religion, they can turn this country into something that would make Sinkies proud to be Singaporeans although personally I believe they will find it hard to overcome the disdain for frogs in wells and remain here to change this country for the better if given the space.
