馬來西亞有名年約50歲的男子，長了痔瘡卻遲遲不肯就醫治療，一拖就是17年過去，近日他被姪子發現陳屍在卡車裡面，現場還留有大片噴濺的屎血，目前當地警方已對殘留的血液和糞便進行採樣，正著手調查男子確切的死因。
根據馬來西亞媒體《中國報》報導，死者身上並無任何外力傷痕，只有在他的臀部附近發現血液殘留，鑑識組除了在貨車周遭找到噴濺的屎血外，也在男子曾使用過的廁所，與300公尺外的一處草叢中，都發現留有夾雜糞便的血液。
據了解，這名中年男子近期的健康狀況亮起紅燈，他經常咳嗽不止、雙眼發黃，甚至出現呼吸困難等症狀，有名警員指出，「死者17年前就患上痔瘡，但沒有及時尋求醫治。」警方目前已將血跡和糞便樣本送交化驗，不排除死因跟痔瘡有關連，而男子的屍體也被送往醫院進行解剖。

A man of about 50 years old in Malaysia has been suffering from hemorrhoids but has been reluctant to seek medical treatment. He has been in the truck for 17 years.
