知名平價連鎖旅館，愛客發集團，負責人徐豪雄，遭控跳票10億元失聯，甚至向員工吸金，導致經營出現問題，不過今天他出面，更帶著律師到愛客發旗下旅店，指控自己是遭人設局，現場一片混亂。
旅館人員vs.負責人徐豪雄：「這跟我，跟我台北門市，完全沒有關係的東西。」
負責人徐豪雄抱起整台發票機，要求櫃台人員解釋，為什麼公司名稱不同，雙方僵持不下。

一大早還有住客才剛退房，也有旅客來來往往，但就在大廳發生產權爭奪，雙方律師、負責人，就連警方都到場，原本負責人徐豪雄，被指控收錢後就失聯，但他這回出面表示一切都是遭人逼迫。
負責人徐豪雄：「我持股是百分之百，從第一家愛客發再來高絲旅，他是垂直持股的，這個公司我是。」
愛客發旅館集團，2011年成立，董事長徐豪雄表示自己持股百分之百，獨資經營，但就在今年初，他被人控訴借貸10億元，還利用優惠存款的名目，吸收員工薪資，但他否認，他表示愛客發集團底下，有總共有15間旅店，自己遭到呂姓總經理設局，原本積欠1億元，後來卻演變成12.6億，對方竟然還擄人，逼簽股權讓渡書。
