43% foreigners give Singaporeans problems like horrific noise and din at HDB neighborhoods, troubles at the workplace, massage parlours, fights, expensive housing....

As I expected about 50~60% are local.
To make the situation worst. Local only about 30% are employ/working. The others 70% are student/retire/housewife/jobless.
Now ratio FT to local wroking manpower are 2Ft to 1 Citizen.

necessary arrangement for the new citizens .

Like job credit apply to Singapore and PR.

Why use the term local?

Why can't they use the term Singaporean only?
