The only change is WP has taken away two NCMP roles from PSP and PSP overall election result has plumetted, given rise to PAP 5% improvements. Whereas the other opposition parties are a non-event.

PAP are delighted with more mosquito parties, the more the merrier for them. These unelectable mosquito parties help PAP free-of-charge in showing to the West that SG holds free democratic election every 5 years and PAP always garnered high mandate from the people. RDU's registration was approved in just 3 weeks, super fast.

If the opposition cannot find quality candidates, better to have walkover. Next GE, more walkovers will lower down PAP's overall vote share.
