the chinese quickly got it done but miscommunicated and did it wrongly.
the ang mo wait till it was done and try to convince people that it was through his effective leadership, delegation skills and industrial know-how that got things done.

Based on the present context in Sinkapore, this is what will happen..
The Indian would promise to do the task but didn't do it for you but did the same task for someone else, so he got paid more for it. And soon he got around being the Boss and asking his same kind to do his task.
The Chinese did the task and continue to do the task but wanted more money for it. Soon more of his kind are doing the same task till there are more of them , than tasks availiable for them to do.
The Ang Mo kept doing the task as though it will never complete and the task become such that it was the Ang Mo , who made the original task appear as though it was becos of him that there was such a task to begin with.
