On borrowed time old man in coma, from his heart attack

Went to see a friend father who had a serve heart attack and now in a coma. He is sleeping all the time, snoring somemore and no chance of waking up. Even you say nice thing to him or 'fuck him for what he done to you' he is not responding. This is the best time to 'fuck him' and believe he knows but cannot respond.

A look at this almost dying old man and I think of LKY. What if this man is LKY, will Singaporeans be sad or happy to see him like this?
