Old lady lost her balance while crossing the road. Good Samaritan Sinkies came forward to help.

How u tell that? I long suspect u work in hospital. U physiotherapists?
my work requires me to visit hospital often. Some doctors, nurses and support staff are the kindest people i ever known. Their husbands are lucky to marry them.

As for the lady, nobody falls down like that:-

- The video hinted that she had degenerated vertebrae which made her pause suddenly (due to tingles or numbness) when walking. It was not necessary because she was crossing the road. It can happen anytime.

- When she stopped walking suddenly, her reflexes were reduced and she even lost her balance. It double-confirmed her spine got issues.

- However, after a while, she could walk again. Degenerated disc could cause these mechanical issues suddenly and TEMPORARY. So, it triple-confirmed that she needed to take an x-ray to check her back.

U medical vendor.

Her glute muscles degenerated because never exercise or sedentary lifestyle. Happens to a lot of old people. That's why must exercise and strengthen glutes. Must eat more protein too to build muscles.

Sometimes it's not glute but cardiovascular. I know an old man from church. He has mitral regurgitation. The valve flaps of his ventricle does not close tightly, causing blood to flow backward into the heart chamber. Over time, the body lacks oxygen and when he walks for long distance, the heart cannot supply enough oxygen to the brain and he gets dizzy and fall...

Muscle loss.

Muscle loss (sarcopenia) is strongly linked to dementia, acting as both a potential early risk factor and a symptom of progression. Studies show that reduced muscle mass and strength correlate with faster cognitive decline, executive dysfunction, and brain volume loss
. Managing this involves strength training, adequate protein intake, and addressing inflammation.

This is why must exercise. Muscles don't use will shrink. Correct ? @Worm

Sorry i beg to differ.

If sexercising solves the problem, why anal sex is not good for glutes?

PS: i am not medically trained.
