20 years ago, then Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew envisioned a freshwater catchment in the heart of the city.
Today, he saw that dream come alive at Marina Reservoir, Singapore's first city reservoir.

My political theory remain that it was LKy old dog's idea after visiting PRC's 3 gorge dam with KGC, that he ordered the construction of this Ah Beng CB dam to satisfy his own lame ego. That PRC have got one he MUST MUST MUST also have one - since he such an egoistic Chao Ah Beng!
