Old and unfit security guards in Singapore

Recently I realise that there are many old and physically unfit working as security guards in Singapore.

I find this extremely bizarre. Working as security guards and not being fit ?

I saw with my own eyes that the security guards are immobile and siting on electric wheel chair !!!

1. Armed guard need pes A/B combat fit KNN
2. Unarmed guard pes C trained to give min protection and able to leetain criminal KNN
3. Unarmed guard pes F only give protection by using eyes and hand to call polis KNN usually leeployed to condo KNN

I came across PG n MG applying for security jaga. So long doctor certified them "fit for security officer", security agencies will consider them. Most important is the brain must work! Security jaga act as 2nd eye to the SPF. They will keep in contact with their agency/SPF when need arises. Security jaga not armed. No license to arrest the public.

If you complain to condo management they will sack the entire security firm. These atas management fucks are useless. They dont even take a look

They should upgrade their job title to Security Ambassador.Higher status,more atas.Must be equipped with PPE such as a baton ,a whistle , a torchlight and walkie-talkie (if necessary).
