Somebody got acid reflux took nexium still no cure.
S9 specialist say take double dose and the bloody thing disappeared never to return.

It's not financial assistance. It's compensation. Other civilized countries with a similar scheme all called it compensation.

She is quite unfortunate. Had cancer in 2007. Some neuralgia (won't say what type and where) in 2019. Had the vaccine in August then developed severe heart failure. Serious enough to need heart transplant! I don't think she is lying but I could be wrong of course.
She also mentioned being diagnosed with Bipolar Disease and PTSD?
She did post her summary and on it is says " Ms Lian" So I don't think is grandmother's.
Hard to prove causation. But the timelines do suggest it could be a complication from the vaccine. I think MOH should look into her case a bit more.
What is the process to apply for VIFAP? Is it initiated by a physician? According to her, her doctor filed it for her? Is that the correct procedure for VIFAP?
Having said all the above, please note that by and large such cases are very rare. All treatment carries risk. And sometimes the reactions can be very severe. Why it happens? Don't know. But does it happen to everyone? No. This is part and parcel of medicine. Many things we dont fully understand.
If you can't accept 100% guarantee no risk no adverse event then don't take ANY medicine or treatments.

To be fair the risk of "cardiac arrest, stroke, myocarditis, death AND respiratory failure" was also present with the mild symptoms although very rare lah.
This is not a like for like comparison.
You have to compare the mildest symptoms of covid with the mildest effects of vaccination. More like Cough fever RN Loss of taste and smell vs No symptoms whatsoever!
And then the risk of serious stuff ie X per thousand unvaxxed vs X per thousand vaxxed.
