One of the most common questions we hear at Mining Oil and Gas Jobs is, "How do you get a job in the mines if you have no experience?" Next week, Rio Tinto is going to answer that question for us when they conduct a recruitment drive in Karratha for their Cape Lambert operations.
On Tuesday, 31 July, Rio Tinto is going to interview candidates who are interested in working in the mining industry.

If you’ve been wondering how to break into the oil and gas industry, the CCC AMMA Skills Connect Scholarship might be your ticket. The goal of the program is to develop local skills to work in the liquid natural gas (LNG) industry. Recipients of the scholarship will receive internationally recognised qualifications in metals and engineering (welding). All training is free of charge for scholarship winners.
