a quick scan on the pictures posted on Instagram, Facebook, etc... couldn't help but notice that some 90% of pictures posted consist of steamboat dinner accompanied with lou hei... the remaining 10% are of sushi and party plates, or even dining in hotel room services...

isn't lou hei to be done on 7th day of lunar new year aka 人日? why so early start lou hei?

Great minds think alike. Besides steamboat got many variations, can BBQ and u can also do it Thai style. Can also add brandy to give it more kick!! And u can put in anything.. Japanese shabu beef, lobsters, abalones, ..etc
