I'm surprised it only start to surface now. The whole O&T is a time bomb or landmines awaiting to explode. The system and IT staff are just not in place, only hope is abrupt issues don't occur.

This statement is very true. It gave these FTs chance to land here. They will then grab the top roles and outsource the difficult jobs to vendors...Because Singaporeans shun these difficult jobs now u can't blame it on companies hiring foreigners. We are a meritocracy.
I suspect that this screw up is by vendor who do not even know what the hell the whole system works, just "hoot" and hope the best. Haha

It's always the same, the whole system was setup by a local team. And where is the team now? How on earth did an Indian parachute into this position? The "legacy" system was working probably till the staff left and this joker blame the system is a headache. lol

If our politicians are doing such a lousy job, can we vote in foreigners to come in and replace them? When private property prices have shot up 150% and COEs for Cat B cars have reached $150K, it is time to replace the Govt.
My guess is there is behind the scene "term exchange"
Cannot replace with foreigner but you can vote an alternative. Sad thing is that the alternative is still not an substance yet...
