LKY has the right to state his views. But he has the right to admit that he was mistaken if McCain loses. Whether or not he will ever admit it in public, its up to him really.

As I said before though, the best rebuttal to LKY is an overwhelming win; Obama won 53% to McCain's 46%, a big gap- and that is including some third party candidates too.

The results, so the cliche goes, speaks for itself.
