My theory is that BART is responsible for spreading Oakland crimes to all cities along the Richmond-Fremont line.

tell me about it. richmond is another hotbed of gangbangers and punks. these punks plus rival gangs in oakland comprise the largest group of "fare jumpers" on bart. they hop from trains to trains, and the bart police have a hell of a time catching them.

money does wonders. with real estate developers moving in, some "losers" actually cash in on selling their decrepit plots. it's a good thing. otherwise, those ghettos will perpetually remain pits of crime and drug trafficking. security is still an issue, and many new developments include private security details as part of hoa to entice buyers.
