If u thinkg takg water taxi fr NI a bit difficult bro cos no river run thru NI cos only got a lake

Yes neh... i am really totally new... been reading websites here and thr... then saw a river taxi being planned from petra harbour or something... and its like 20mins from NI. And the river taxi will take 29mins to reach marina or wat... then thought the total journey like faster than driving to raffles place... sorry for my ignorance neh...

Don't worry.. What you read is correct. From Putri harbour, you can drive to NI within 20min.. NI is on a hill..

Today I going to Nusa Idaman to view a subsale unit end lot. However this unit got a TNB small electrical Box just outside the unit, do you think that this is no good for me to buy this unit?

It depends bro..to some is a no no..To others its a side issue.. I feel unless u sleep exactly beside everyday, d hse u see is more important. Of cos if u hv exactly same option n the tnb is a factor then ur chox is clear..if not each hse has its merit..sorry its just my two cents'

Hey just wonder the issue with the access to phase 8 is settled? I remember there was discussion about anyone from NI freely enter P8 with only registering themselves at the guardhouse. Can they still do it now?

Its constructed by different developer...the apartment called as Horizon Residence.

The Horizon Residence condo was fully sold out since 6 months ago. Now just waiting for another 1.5-2 yrs for completion. Check out P8D for some landed terraces starting at RM540k, b/u of 24xx sqft
