according to propertyguru, cluster asking for RM3000-3500, semiD asking for RM3500 onwards. Wonder how much rent can the 3000sqf new cluster fetch ..RM4000?

Can also lease out immediately.

Thanks for advice. I am open to ND 2/x if a choice unit come along. There have been some frustrations on making appointment thru agents. Believe the tile roofs in ND 2/x provide better insulation to the metal plate in latest launch. Perhap, members who have taken the trustee route can advise on the downside risks.

Yeah, it's good except in the earlier stages when electricity boxes were not installed and took awhile for the supply to be available.
