The National University of Singapore (NUS) has produced one of the most amount of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals in the world, according to a report.
The report, created by WealthX, placed NUS 9th in the world excluding universities from the US. Four other Asian universities and four other Australian universities also made the list.
The findings conclude that163 individuals from NUS have a net worth over US$30m (S$37.1m) after accounting for shares in public and private companies, residential and investment properties, art collections, aircraft, cash and other assets.
It also found that the University of Oxford topped the international list excluding universities from the US, with 401 UNHW individuals and the University of Mumbai came in second with 372.
Meanwhile, Harvard University topped the top 20 list of the global report with 2,694 alumnus. The list was dominated by US universities, with only University of Oxford, University of Mumbai and University of Cambridge being the exceptions..
