The controversy surrounding a 10-second video clip allegedly depicting a local female artiste in the nude grabbed the headlines in Harian Metro.
RotiKaya.com defended its decision to post online screen captures of the video allegedly of Karipap Karipap Cinta starlet Melia Aimelia and denied that it superimposed her face on the pictures.
Melia accused the blog of publishing fake pictures, maintaining that she had never made the video.
She has since lodged a report on the matter with the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission and the police.
Nor Hamzie Hambali, who runs the popular Malay gossip blog, claimed he was given a copy of the video by a popular actor whose name had not been disclosed.
He said the blog's Feb 16 article never confirmed that it was Melia in the video.
The posting paired off two screen grabs from the video with two different pictures of Melia.
