If it were to happen to me, i will sue his ass off.

They will 'arrange' for a meeting & tell you it is best for you to accept what we have already done for your child & if you know what is best for you, you better withdraw the summons. Will any lawyer worth his or her salt , dare to take up the case??

If CCTVs were installed, I bet the costs incurred will be passed onto the parents.

Why not just do the smart thing and don't enrol your kids in an NTUC kindergarten. Voting with the wallet works wonders.
