just go and see ur frenly neighbourhood MIW MP...they can write letters to the higher ups ...but then...when the letter come back...the NSFs will still kenna for running out of chain of command...

Not all. Some are though. Though overall, medics can be inconsistent too, especially if most of them are NSFs as well.
