Oh please, she is about as Singaporean as Mahathir is. She was born in the Vietnamese refugee camp in S'pore in 1981. The S'pore govt. never let any of these boat people settle in S'pore or even mix in with the local population. Hence, she was never accorded S'pore citizenship. When she was 1 year old, the family got resettled in Texas. By the way, don't use those kind of pics in your link. Its useless.
