A Foodpanda rider has apologised after being caught writing a customer's unit number on a wall outside a flat.
In a statement to CNA, Foodpanda said the rider was attempting to document proof of delivery but acknowledged that the method was inappropriate.
The rider has since cleaned the wall, and the company has offered compensation to the customer.
