The Workers' Party, No Cash, how to flow? That's the problem.

The Court Of Appeal's deadline to transfer to sinking fund was just what AHTC owed the last year. There is still the question of the mandatory transfer for this year and the $3.5 million owed to FMSS which WP has not provided any transparency or accountability

The Court of Appeal judgement gave WP the deadline to make the sinking fund transfers by end Feb 2016 means AHTC would have to accept conditions laid down by the MND for grants to be disbursed — an option that it had snubbed. Alternatively, AHPETC has to raise the money through other ways, such as raising constituents’ conservancy and service charges and/or liquidating its investments.

Tell them to ownself appoint an appropriate Independent Accoutant. Delay tactics.

Tell them to top up the sinking fund, first boasted they have started to made the transfer, then now suddenly say they need more time to top up.
