<h3>Baldness calculator predicts hair loss </h3>
A German hair loss specialist said his online calculator can help men predict the approximate age when they will go bald.
<p>Dr. Adolf Klenk of the Alpecin research institute in Bielefeld said the baldness calculator uses a series of questions answered by users to calculate approximately when they will go bald,<em> Sky News</em> reported Friday.<br><br>Its <a href="http://www.alpecin.cz/en/balding-calculator/index.php" target="_blank">website</a> also features a tool for men to upload pictures of themselves to see what they would look like with a bald head.</p>

"It's not a disease so there isn't a cure," Alpecin spokesman Rick Guttridge said.</p>
<p> "But what you can do is treat the condition, with medications to boost your hair."</p>
<p>"What we have discovered is testosterone has a negative effect on hair loss"</p>
<p>"The testosterone makes the energy in each hair follicle run out sooner, so the more testosterone a person has the sooner they will burn out of their energy and the hair will drop out sooner," the spokesman said.<br><em>Source: UPI</em>
