Nov 08 COE for Cat A plunged to $2 !!!!

Most of Cat A cromprise taxis. At the moment, there're thousands of taxis rusting in their respective compounds.
 
expect the slimy gov to increase other "taxes" to compensate for their losses in COE..
 
The onemotoring website was down at 3pm when i try to log on. that could be one of the reason
 
the staff that let it went down to such low will surely get a warning letter.
imagine how much they are going to lose on the collection,if there are a lot.
