Real scenario, real war against rioters.... planning urban wargame strategies.... attack Power grids, pump stations... mobilized mass exodus looking at 5 Million leaving HK....

Then planning transport, housing, medical and logistic supplies to them....

Blackout suburbs switch off and on.... army moved in to rescue residents wishing leave HK.... mass exodus crowd control and anything in between...
